Our story

XLITE started in Cahul, Moldova — a small city with a surprisingly strong tech community. Over 10 years we've grown from freelance projects into a focused development team serving clients across Europe and beyond.

We're not an outsourcing farm. When you work with us, you talk directly to the engineers building your product. No project managers relaying messages. No communication gaps.

Every project we take on gets the same treatment: understand the problem first, then build the right solution. Not the cheapest, not the most complex — the right one.

Where a stack is newer to us, we close the gap fast and communicate openly about progress.

  • Happy to sign and work under an NDA — we treat client code and data as confidential by default, contract or not
  • Small team by design: access to your systems stays limited to the three engineers you've met
  • GDPR-aware by default — we operate under EU-aligned law in Moldova
  • We design AI integrations so client data stays out of third-party model training
