What you get in 14 days

A working SaaS your first customers can sign up for: they create a workspace, invite their team, choose a plan, and use the feature your product is about. It runs on your domain and your hosting, and the app's code is yours.

The project is done when you can do all of this on your own domain:

1. Sign up and create a workspace, with its own database.
2. Invite a teammate and give them a role.
3. Pick a plan and pay in test mode.
4. Use your core feature until you reach the plan's limit, and see the upgrade prompt.

How the two weeks run

Before day one: a 30-minute call and a one-page brief. We agree on the core feature, the plans and limits, and the brand, and you set up hosting, a domain and a payment account.

Days 1–3: the foundation. A new Laravel and Filament app with sign-up, workspaces on their own databases, team invitations and roles, and your branding. You get a staging link on day three.

Days 4–10: your product. The core feature, plans and limits wired to it, subscription billing in test mode, the dashboard and first-run onboarding. Every couple of days we send a short update with a link you can click through.

Days 11–14: launch. Production deployment on your domain, the staging and production checklists, the walkthrough video, and a 60-minute handoff call with you and your developers.

Built on our own plugins

The foundations come from Packstub, the Filament plugins we build and maintain:

• Filament Tenancy gives every workspace its own database, built on stancl/tenancy, and can spread workspaces across several database servers as you grow.
• Filament Teams handles invitations, roles and seat limits.
• Filament Features handles plans, limits and per-workspace overrides, with the "Your plan" page your customers see.

With those in place, the two weeks go into your product. Billing runs on Laravel Cashier, connected to your plans for your project. The three plugins are sold together as the Filament SaaS Stack, and a commercial licence for it, with a year of updates, is included in the price.
