What you get in 10 days

A back office built with Filament, added to the Laravel app you already run. Your team manages orders, customers or whatever the business runs on from one place, with search, filters and bulk actions. Each person sees only what their role allows.

How the ten days run

Before day one: a 30-minute call to pick the five resources, the dashboard numbers and the workflow for the Kanban board.

Days 1–3: the panel. Filament in your app, sign-in for your team, roles, your branding and the first resources.

Days 4–8: the rest. The remaining resources, the dashboard, the Kanban board and sign-in as a customer. Your team tries it on staging as it grows.

Days 9–10: launch. Production deployment, a walkthrough video, and a 60-minute handoff call.

  • Filament Kanban gives you a board for a workflow like orders, support tickets or a sales pipeline, with drag and drop. Your rules for which card can go where are checked on the server.
  • Filament Account Switcher lets support staff sign in as a customer to see what they see. Every switch is logged with who made it, why and from where.

How we work together

  • Payment: 50% when you book, 50% at handoff.
  • Prices exclude VAT and are invoiced in EUR by XLITE TOWER SRL.
  • Days in the timeline are working days, Monday to Friday.
  • Day one starts once we have what we asked for before it, such as the brief and access to your accounts. Days spent waiting on answers move the delivery date by the same number of days.
  • Changes to the agreed scope are welcome. We quote them separately, at a fixed price.
