What you get in 7 days

One process, from the first request to the final decision, inside the Laravel app you already run. A visitor or a colleague fills in a form, the request lands in your panel, the right person gets a notification, and they approve or reject it from the notification, an email link or an Approvals page. Every step is recorded.

How the seven days run

Before day one: a 30-minute call to map the process: who asks, who decides, and who needs to know.

Days 1–3: the forms. Up to three forms on your site, with conditional fields and steps where they help, spam protection, and submissions in your panel.

Days 4–6: the workflow. The approval workflow with its notifications, tested end to end on staging.

Day 7: launch. Production deployment, a walkthrough video, and a 60-minute handoff call.

  • Filament Form Builder lets your team design forms in the panel, and puts them on your site with a Blade tag, a Livewire component or an embed.
  • Filament Flow is where the workflow is drawn on a canvas: triggers, conditions, approvals and notifications. Every run is kept with a step-by-step log.

How we work together

  • Payment: 50% when you book, 50% at handoff.
  • Prices exclude VAT and are invoiced in EUR by XLITE TOWER SRL.
  • Days in the timeline are working days, Monday to Friday.
  • Day one starts once we have what we asked for before it, such as the brief and access to your accounts. Days spent waiting on answers move the delivery date by the same number of days.
  • Changes to the agreed scope are welcome. We quote them separately, at a fixed price.
